CHRIST CHURCH GRAVEYARD

The Graveyard covers a wide area and has over 6500 burials. The oldest burials are around the church with later ones extending away from the church towards the end of the Graveyard. The newest burials are to be found almost at the end of the Graveyard on the right hand side of the main path. Unfortunately many of the older grave stones are lost or difficult to read and some have been vandalised. Cremated remains are recorded and buried in the Garden of Rest.
